Precious Nala, is the inspiring founder and visionary force behind the NXT Pulse Foundation. With two decades of experience spanning a multitude of business sectors and functions, including managing teams leading other NGOs, Precious is committed to creating sustainable change—in businesses, organisations, communities, and lives across South Africa.
Recipient of the prestigious Standard Bank Young Top Achiever Award 2022, Precious has worked with NGOs such as YES 4 Youth, Afrika Tikkun, Rhiza Babuyile, and Working on Fire South Africa. She leverages her multifaceted skill set in compiling fundraising strategies and campaigns, pipeline development, brand management, marketing, event coordination, digital outreach, public speaking, and team leadership.
Driven by a profound sense of compassion and a steadfast belief in the power of collective action, Precious set up NXT Pulse Foundation. With a mission to empower marginalised voices, amplify opportunities for impact, and cultivate a funding future for South Africa filled with transparency, hope and equity, Precious’ vision serves as a guiding light for the Foundation’s endeavours.
